Whole food nutrition has never been more important than it is now. Because of soil depletion, ozone layer depletion, pesticides and over-processing, our foods are often left devoid of these vital nutrients.
Study after study shows that it is becoming more difficult to get vitamins
and minerals your body needs from our foods.
If you have any doubt I suggest you go to your local library and look up the
reports from your national department of agriculture to see how each year foods
become more depleted of enzymes, vitamins and minerals.
But not just any vitamin will do. You must choose whole food vitamins. I already

When I first created this page I was discussing Nutritional Supplements which are formulated based on whole foods as opposed to fragmented nutrients.
Since then I have discovered that there is more to the subject of "Whole Food Nutrition" than just nutritional supplements.
