Vitamin B7 / Vitamin H (Biotin)

Vitamin B7, more commonly referred to as Biotin, is necessary in the formulation of fatty acids and glucose. As you probably know, fatty acids and glucose are used as fuels in your body.

Biotin also breaks down amino acids and carbohydrates.

Symptoms of a Vitamin B1 Deficiency:

Although a deficiency in biotin is rare some genetic deficiencies or skin conditions can cause infants to lack this vitamin.
