Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin)
Vitamin B12, also known as Cobalamin, comes naturally from animal products.
Together with folic acid it produces healthy red blood cells. It also works to keep your central nervous system healthy.
B12 works very closely with Folic Acid and B6 to ensure healthy nerve and immune function and is essential for cell division, red blood formation as well as tissue growth.

Symptoms of a B12 Vitamin Deficiency
If you have a deficiency of B12 you may suffer from a pernicious anemia discernible by fewer but larger red blood cells.
