Probiotics
Probiotics are live microbial organisms which are present naturally in your digestive tract.
They are often called friendly bacteria or good bacteria and are considered very beneficial to the healthy functioning of your digestive process and immune functions.
Not only do they assist your body maintain its health; they tend to “crowd out” the bad bacteria and yeast that try to take over your system.
There are several medical, diet and lifestyle factors which can adversely affect their numbers and consequently your health. It would be wise to consider avoiding or reducing them whenever possible.
