Nutrition Importance

Why is nutrition importance such a hot topic these days? Where are all these health stores and health supplements coming from? Is there really a cause for concern?

Do you remember hearing …

… “Just eat a balanced diet and you will get all the nutrition your body needs”?

Good advice! For your GRANDPARENTS!

That advice was very valid in simpler times but it no longer has the same validity.

A Scary New World

Supplementation has become a required part of your daily regime. If you doubt this, take a look at the numbers of companies and countless health and nutrition products available on the market.

The need is great therefore the supply is great.

When most people think of nutrition,
they think only of the food they eat or the supplements they take.

The true definition of nutrition, however, is to nourish the cells of the body in order to optimize metabolism and provide energy to live.

This is cellular nutrition.

Cellular nutrition does not happen automatically, but instead requires several complex steps.

These steps were designed by nature, not science, and are essential for complete cellular nutrition to occur.

These days there are so many companies marketing supplements it is hard to decide on which ones to buy.

Because so many products are a complete and total waste of your money I would like to give you the following advice:

  • Purchase supplements based only on your needs
  • The manufacturer should guarantee cellular delivery of the nutrient
  • The ingredients in the supplement should work in synergy with each other
  • The supplement must Obey the Laws of Nature
  • The company should have patents and research backing their products
