How to Choose Your Supplements
Diet Management

When I say diet management you probably think about setting up a weekly menu of the foods you need to eat to maintain your health.

You probably look at the major food groups, the glycemic index, super foods, etc.

All of this is very good and I applaud you for your efforts. When you take these factors into consideration you will be supplying your body with some very good building blocks and a solid foundation for good health.

Now your concern should be, “Is it enough?”

As you discovered in the section entitled, "Nutrition Importance" , even with the best of intentions, you will probably fall short of your nutrition goals.

Arm Yourself

After reading this section you will be a more informed consumer of nutritional products.

You will know and understand five vital components to diet management that must be considered whenever you are choosing the product you will rely on for additional supplementation.

I will discuss these components shortly but ……

….. before I get into this very important topic, I would like to caution you about avoiding the trap most people, including me, fall into as soon as they walk into a health food store. It’s the mental attitude most of us have when shopping for consumable items.

When choosing nutritional supplementation (diet management)
your first consideration should NOT BE
to find the cheapest product on the shelf.

Beware Discount Vitamin Supplements

I’m sure you have heard the expression, “You get what you pay for.” This is especially true when it comes to supplementation.

I remember a time when I fell into the trap of looking for the best buy, and was very disappointed with the results I received.

Since you are reading this page I think it’s safe to assume that...

... you are interested in finding a supplement that will actually make a difference in your health. Are You?

Now, let me ask you this ...

…. Would you rather spend $20.00 on a supplement that will simply pass through your body with no results, or

$25.00 on a supplement that will have a noticeable, positive effect on your health?

If your answer was the $20.00 supplement, how has that been working for you so far?

But seriously, I know you want to get results or you wouldn’t bother doing this research.

So, I strongly encourage you to continue reviewing the material on this web site as I truly believe it will make you a better informed consumer of nutritional products.

Five Crucial Elements You Must Consider

As you read each page on this site, or consider purchasing a supplement, there are five components to diet management that you should keep uppermost in your mind.

  1. Guaranteed Cellular Delivery
Cellular delivery is the most important concern in diet management. (That is why I named this site Cellular Nutrition Guaranteed)

Product formulations should be created specifically to deliver vital nutrients to the exact tissue sites and cells in the body where total nutrition begins.

Without Cellular Delivery, you will not get the results you are looking for.

STOP! - Remember the $20.00? - This concept is worth repeating.

Without Cellular Delivery you will not get the results you are looking for, Guaranteed! more on Guaranteed Cellular Delivery

  2. Obey the Laws of Nature
Product formulations should be using only 100-percent natural, whole food ingredients.

Although they can be considerably more expensive, whole food ingredients provide nutrients in the exact forms your body needs.

If your body doesn’t recognize the nutrient, it won’t use it. (Re-read Guaranteed Cellular Delivery above) more on Obey the Laws of Nature

  3. Holistic
Because no one ingredient works independently, each product must contain the essential co-factors along with the primary ingredients necessary to create a synergistic interaction.

The Formulation should be carefully evaluated to see how it will affect your body as a whole.

Every ingredient and co-factor necessary must be provided or the nutrients will be ineffective. (Re-read Guaranteed Cellular Delivery above) more on Holistic Nutrition

  4. Based Only on Needs
Formulations should be based on your body's needs and not on market trends.

In supplying what your body needs for health, you must first identify what is missing due to your lifestyle factors and environmental conditions.

You can then replenish the exact nutrients your body needs. more on Based Only on Needs

  5. Patents and Research
Peer-Reviewed Research should be the basis for every formulation.

The manufacturer should conduct its own research and continue to heed the conclusions of research conducted by leading experts to bring you the most scientifically advanced products.

Any nutrition company can throw a bunch of ingredients together but what have they done to ensure their formulation is effective in your body?
